Had a great experience with Shields Plumbing! He took out my old water heater and installed a new one he is super-friendly, very professional, surprised at how quickly the job was done. Excellent service. Definitely will only use him going forward. Plus great prices!

Three months after moving into our home, we had a catastrophic leak and our kitchen ceiling collapsed. We had to completely fit two upstairs bathrooms and our kitchen. We had other plumbers come in and try to repair it, and it just got worse and worse. We ultimately decided to have the entire upstairs replumbed. We had several contractors bid the job and the prices were astronomical. Joe gave us a price we could live with in the middle of a disaster. Joe came in and did an amazing job. He replaced all the plumbing and the bathtub. He's done many other things for us as well. Every time we call, he is responsive and gets to us quickly, truly hears our concerns, and gives us a price that feels reasonable. He is now our go-to guy for all related things. He is trustworthy and kind.

Shields Plumbing is extremely professional and does quality work. He immediately replied to my Suisun Community ask for a plumber. He came on a Sunday, cut evenly through the ceiling to identify the leak. Since the wax ring needed replacement, I wanted to replace the toilet. He went and picked up the new toilet and hauled away the old. All of this for an extremely reasonable price! I will call him any time andvrecommend him to everyone I know.

My water heater went out. I contacted Joe Shields based on referral from others. He immediately returned my call and came out for estimates on replacing the 18 year old water heater. I choose to get a tankless water heater and recirculating pump. Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism Joe provided us. Do yourself a favor and call Joe for plumbing needs.

I was told by another plumber that I needed my garage disposal replaced. They quoted me a price and I thought it was a little high. I contacted Joe at Shields Plumbing. He quoted me half the price that the other place did to install a new garage disposal. When Joe got here, he realized I didn't need a new disposal after all. I just had something stuck in mine. He fixed it and I was able to return the disposal I had purchased. I highly recommend Shield Plumbing and will use them in the future.
